Returns

Please note that, once we have processed your order you can only cancel it or receive a refund in accordance with the relevant third party supplier's terms and conditions which may impose cancellation charges. In addition you may also be subject to The Travel Company's administration charges which will be advised at time of cancellation.

If you send the tickets to us please ensure that you can provide proof of delivery. The Travel Company will enquire on your behalf whether a refund is available. The tickets must not have been, utilised, defaced or damaged in any way. All correspondence shall be addressed to BCD Travel, Suite H, Anchor house, The Maltings, Silvester Street, Hull, HU1 3HA.
